A club statement read: "Partick Thistle Football Club has suspended Jordan McMillan, on full pay, pending the outcome of an internal investigation. "The club, including all of its representatives and employees, will be making no further comment at this time." McMillan has not featured in the squads for any of Thistle's three games since the victory in the Highlands. The former Dunfermline and Rangers player was initially reported as being missing from the squad for personal reasons. His continued absence will add to manager Alan Archibald's selection problems ahead of their Scottish Premiership encounter with Ross County in Dingwall on Sunday. Frederic Frans, Sean Welsh, Abdul Osman, Kallum Higginbotham, Dan Seaborne, Christie Elliott and on-loan Huddersfield left-back Jake Carroll were all missing through illness and injury as Thistle drew 2-2 draw with Dundee United on Sunday. Defender Aaron Muirhead also left after his contract was terminated last week. Young players Liam Lindsay and Declan McDaid were handed their first starts against United while 20-year-old Dale Keenan also started.
