Worker dies at construction hospital site in Aberdeen

A worker has died at a hospital construction site in Aberdeen.
Emergency services were called to the site, at Forestershill Health Campus, around 20 to 10 this morning.
A Police Scotland spokesperson told Northsound News: "Around 9.40am on Wednesday, 18 January, 2023, we were called to a report of a man being injured at Foresterhill Health Campus, Aberdeen.
"Emergency services attended and a 52-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
"The Health and Safety Executive has been informed. A reported will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
A HSE spokesperson said: “HSE is aware of the incident. We are currently liaising with Police Scotland and will be investigating alongside them.”
