Woman seriously injured after car mounts pavement in Aberdeen

A man was also hurt in the accident on King Street

Two people have been injured after a car mounted the pavement in Aberdeen.

It happened at 12:15 on Sunday the 4th of February near St Mary's Church on King Street.

A 64-year-old woman was seriously injured in the accident, and a 64-year old man had minor injuries.

The 70-year-old man who was driving the black Honda Civic was not hurt.

The road was closed for several hours to let the police investigate, and officers still want to hear from anyone who saw what happened.
