Woman's body found in Aberdeen flat

A woman’s body has been found in an Aberdeen flat.
Police were called to Rosemount Viaduct around 7.40am this morning following concerns for a woman.
Officers have now confirmed they’ve found a 20-year-old woman dead – and they’re treating the death as suspicious. A 32 year old man is detained in connection.
Police are satisfied it was a contained and isolated incident.
Detective Superintendent Iain Smith from the Major Investigation Team said “We will continue to carry out inquiries over the next few days in the area and the local community is thanked for their patience meantime."
