More than 3,000 fans converged on Pittodrie on Friday night to attend a special memorial service for Aberdeen legend Neale Cooper.

He died last month in hospital aged just 54 - the 1st and youngest of the Gothenburg Greats to pass away.

Neale's family, close friends and former team mates all paid tribute to the man known affectionately as Tattie.

The evening ended with a standing ovation and release of balloons in his honour.

Afterwards, we got the thoughts of the Red Army.
