As the hunt continues for Derek McInnes's successor as Aberdeen manager, local boxing champion Lee McAllister's convinced he could help improve the Dons' fortunes by joining a revamped coaching setup.
McAllister's returned from Ghana where he made history by becoming the 1st Scot to win a boxing title in an African Nation, beating home fighter Korley Collison in the capital Accra.
The 38 year old flew out with Aberdeen Assassin Health and Fitness Village gym mates Kenny Allan and Craig Dick, along with Danny McIntosh, whom he manages. All won their bouts too.
McAllister's keen to stage more boxing nights in the Granite City as soon as it's safe to do so.
