A rally driver from Mull whose co-driver was tragically killed in a crash is lending his voice to the Police Scotland Winter Safe Drive campaign.
John MacCrone in his capacity as Road Safety Ambassador for Watermans Accident Claims and Care is warning motorists about the dangers of drink driving, speeding and the use of mobile phones.
The campaign aims to drive down the number of fatal and serious road crashes on our roads in winter.
The 27 year old's friend Andy Mort died last October on the Mull Rally in a tragic accident.
He's been speaking to our Chief Reporter Linda Sinclair about the campaign, how he has come to terms with the smash and his career hopes for the future.
