A number of drop-in vaccine clinics are opening in Aberdeen this week.

NHS Grampian assure people that all you need is yourself and a mask to attend, no appointments need to be booked and you don't need to be registered with a GP either.

Anyone over the age of 18 who are yet to have their first jab can show up to the centres, you can also visit the P&J Live for your second dose, if it's over 8 weeks since your first.

And don't worry if you've already received an appointment, attending a drop-in clinic will allow staff to log your visit in the system and free up that slot for someone else.

In a Tweet NHS Grampian said:

"You only need to bring yourself & a face covering, we will take care of the rest. You don't need to be registered with a GP to attend. Staff at venues will manage queues to keep everyone socially distanced, there will be a separate queue for those with booked appointments."
