UK Labour Leadership Contender Jeremy Corbyn Hosts Rally In Aberdeen
The UK Labour leadership contender Jeremy Corbyn is hosting a rally in Aberdeen this afternoon.
It's being held at ACT Aberdeen with a full audience of over 250 attending.
As it stands, opinion polls are ranking Corbyn at the front of the race for leadership, in front of Liz Kendall, Yvette Cooper and Andy Burnham.
The result of the contest will be announced at a special conference on 12 September.
The Scottish Labour Party is also in the process of choosing a new leader with MSPs Kezia Dugdale and Ken Macintosh fighting for top place.
