Two men hurt after teenage gang attack

It happened in the Kings Gate area

Police are looking for a group of teenagers after an early morning assault in Aberdeen's Kings Gate area.

It happened close to the Hazlehead roundabout at approximately 2:00am on Saturday 7 October, 2017.

A group of six males aged between 15 and 18 years old are believed to have been involved.

The two men who were assaulted received minor injuries and they were also in the company of a woman in her 20s who was uninjured.

The youths then made off in the direction of Stronsay Drive.

PC Lauren Morgan said: "This was an unprovoked assault and I would urge anyone who has information or was in the Kings Gate area around 2am on Saturday to come forward."
