Two men arrested after £1.5m cannabis farm found in Aberdeenshire
They are due to appear at Peterhead Sheriff Court in due course.
Two men have been arrested after police found a cannabis farm worth an estimated £1.5 million.
Police Scotland officers discovered the drugs in a search of a property in Queen Street, Peterhead, on Wednesday.
Two men aged 25 and 26 have been arrested and charged with drug offences.
They are due to appear at Peterhead Sheriff Court in due course.
A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
Detective Inspector Rory Campbell said: "Drugs cause misery in our communities and we will use all resources at our disposal to disrupt the drugs trade in Scotland.
"Information provided by the public is vital in helping us continue to do this.
"This significant recovery underlines our commitment to the Serious Organised Crime Taskforce and the country's Serious Organised Crime Strategy.
