Two in hospital after Laurencekirk to Fettercairn crash

The B9120 Laurencekirk to Fettercairn route is back open after an earlier crash.

It involved one car around 12.20pm today.

The 24-year-old driver and a 37-year-old passenger were taken to Ninewells Hospital.

Their injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland: “The B9120 Laurencekirk to Fettercairn is now reopened.

"It was closed in both directions following a crash involving one car at 12.20pm on Thursday, 16 January, 2025.

“The 24-year-old driver and 37-year-old passenger were taken to Ninewells Hospital for treatment.

“Their injuries that are not thought to be life threatening.

“The B9120 re-opened at around 3.55pm on Thursday, 16 January, 2025.”
