Two charged after cannabis farm worth £384k recovered from Aberdeen industrial unit

Two men have been arrested and charged after a cannabis farm worth almost £400,000 was discovered in an Aberdeen industrial unit.
Police acted on intelligence and searched the premises on Craigshaw Road on Thursday 13 March.
Cannabis worth an estimated street value of £384,000 was seized by officers.
The men, aged 20 and 34, were charged appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday.
Detective Inspector Andrew Machray said: “This is a significant recovery which demonstrates our commitment to the Serious Organised Crime Taskforce and Scotland’s Serious Organised Crime Strategy.
“We will always act on information regarding the supply of illegal drugs, and I would encourage anyone with concerns about drug activity in their area to contact us."
