Three people due in court after drugs recovery in Aberdeen
Police seized Class A drugs and a sum of cash from addresses in Aberdeen city centre.
Three people are due to appear in court following a county lines operation in Aberdeen.
Police seized Class A drugs with an estimated value of £35,000 and a four-figure sum of cash during a search of properties on Esslemont Avenue and Granton Place on Wednesday 19 June.
The two men, aged 30 and 31, and a woman, 23, are all from the London area and were arrested and charged in connection with the recovery.
All three are due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Thursday 20 June and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
Detective Constable Daniel Connelly said: “We are committed to tackling the supply of illegal substances which have a harmful impact on our communities.
“Investigations like this underline our commitment to the Serious Organised Crime Taskforce and the country's Serious Organised Crime Strategy. We continue to work with partner agencies to make our streets safer.
