Three for court after cannabis farm found in Aberdeen

After a tip-off, officers raided a property in Kincorth yesterday

Three men are due to appear at court today, Friday 9th February following the recovery of a significant cannabis-growing operation in the Kincorth area of Aberdeen.

Acting on a tip-off, local Community Policing Team officers raided a property in Tollohill Crescent yesterday morning Thursday 8th February.

Assisted by CID officers, a large cultivation was discovered along with other drug paraphernalia.

Three people aged 21, 24 and 32 were subsequently arrested and charged in connection and are expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today.

DC Greg Manley said: "Thanks to valuable intelligence we received from the public, a significant cultivation has been intercepted and seized. This is proof of what can be achieved by working together with local communities to make the area you live even safer.
