Thousands attend first Granite City Comic Con
The first Granite City Comic-Con is being hailed a huge success.
More than 4000 people descended on Transition Extreme for the event on Saturday celebrating comic book culture.
Among the big names were Batman writer Alan Grant and Paul Blake, who played Greedo in Star Wars.
There were long queues as fans waiting for hours to get in - they were entertained by stars like Judge Dredd and Darth Vadar (thanks to Wendy Galloway for the picture.)
Organisers have told us next year's event will be ticketed to control numbers - and it's going to be over two days at a bigger venue.
