Four teenagers have been charged after car failed to stop on the A90.
It happened between Peterhead and Blackdog yesterday morning.
A number of vehicles - including police cars - were allegedly damaged in the incident.
Three boys aged 15, 16 and 17 and a 16 year old girl are expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today.
