Teenager charged with Bailey Gwynne's murder due in court next month

The teenager accused of murdering 16-year-old Bailey Gwynne in an Aberdeen school, is due in court again next month.

The teenager accused of murdering 16-year-old Bailey Gwynne in an Aberdeen school, is due in court again next month.

Bailey died after an incident at the school on the 28th of October. He was rushed to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary in a serious condition, but died shortly afterwards.

Now the Crown Office say the youngster accused of the attack, who can't be named for legal reasons, is set to appear at the High Court in Glasgow on the 23rd of February for a pre-trial hearing.
