Teenager charged with alleged break-ins around Aberdeen

A teenager's been charged after a number of alleged break ins and unsuccessful break ins, in Aberdeen.

Pubs, shops and sports centres around the city were targeted - dating back to October last year.

The-15 year-old will be reported to the youth justice management.

Six businesses around the city reported incidents, including the pubs at Murdo's Bar and the Bobbin on King Street.

Goal's Soccer Centre and King's Links Golf Centre also reported that their facilities had been targeted.

The Spar on Ashgrove Road also raised the alarm.

DC Kayleigh McLean said: "I would like to thank each person who got in touch following our earlier appeal for information - your help has been appreciated.

"Our enquiries are continuing into these incidents and I would ask anyone who has information but not already contacted Police to call 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111 to remain anonymous."
