Teen arrested as two men seriously injured in Aberdeen murder bid
The attack happened at 3 in the morning on Bon Accord Stret
A 16-year-old boy's been arrested on attempted murder and serious assault after an early hours attack in Aberdeen
It happened just after 3 am on the city's Bon Accord Street.
The teenager's accused of trying to Kill a 20-year-old man and seriously injuring an18-year-old male.
The two men were taken to hospital for treatment.
Detective Sergeant Emma Low said: “Enquiries to establish the full circumstances are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident to contact us as soon as possible.
“We’d also ask anyone with private CCTV from Bon Accord Street in the early hours to check their footage and pass any footage to us.
“Any information, no matter how small, could help us as we continue our enquiries.”
Chief Inspector Victoria Stables said: "We recognise that this incident will be concerning to the local community.
"There will be additional patrols in the area to provide reassurance and support the ongoing enquiry. I would encourage anyone with concerns to speak to our officers."
