#TakeTheTime - A thank you

We can reveal that nearly 700 of you have signed up to become befrienders as part of our #TakeTheTime campaign.

We've been looking at the issue of loneliness and how it impacts thousands across Scotland. Figures show it kills more people in this country than obesity does.

We've also been working with charity Befriending Networks on this, to help you support people in need.
