Staff evacuated after Torry business fire
Emergency services were called to Sinclair Road shortly after 9am.
Staff at a Torry business have been evacuated safely following a building fire this morning.
Emergency services were dispatched to the building fire on Sinclair Road shorty after 9am on Tuesday 16 April.
Two ambulances and three special operations response teams were sent to the scene and no one required hospital treatment.
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We received a call at 09:09 to attend a building fire on Sinclair Road, Aberdeen.
"Two ambulances and three special operations response teams (SORT) were dispatched to the scene and no patients required hospital treatment.”
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9.25am on Tuesday, 16 April, 2024, police were called to a report of a fire at a commercial premises in Sinclair Road, Aberdeen.
“Emergency services attended and staff were safely evacuated.”
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service have been approached for comment.
