Union Street is the latest battlefield in the war over Aberdeen Football Club's new stadium.
Bosses at Soul Bar are refusing to take down their huge 'All For Aurora' banner backing the Kingsford Stadium.
The City Council says they haven't asked for consent.
Soul Bar's Paul Clarkson says they see it as a sign of support rather than an advert.
Councillors will meet for a pre-determination hearing on the club's proposal on Wednesday 13th September.
