Police are searching for an Aberdeen man who hasn't been seen since yesterday afternoon.

Alexander Hutcheon has gone missing from the Rosemount area of the city.

The 41-year-old was last seen at around 2:30pm on Wednesday February 22, 2017, and officers are growing increasingly concerned for his safety and well-being.

He is described as being around 5ft 9, of a slim build with short dark brown hair.

Alexander may present as being agitated and confused and members of the public are requested not to approach him but to call Police who will attend and ensure he is safe and well.

Anyone who has seen Alexander or knows of his whereabouts is asked to call Police on 101 or Crime Stoppers on 0800 555111 if they wish to remain anonymous.
