Second man arrested over series of North East incidents

They happened in Peterhead, Bridge of Don and Dyce last Thursday

A second man has been arrested in connection with incidents in the Peterhead, Bridge of Don and Dyce areas of Aberdeen on Thursday 1st February, 2018.

Extensive enquiries have been ongoing following a commercial break-in at Denmore Road in the Murcar Industrial Estate, and a further incident involving a police vehicle at Glenhome Gardens.

An 18-year-old man has already been arrested and charged and was expected to appear at court on Monday, the 29-year-old charged today is due in court tomorrow.

Detective Inspector David Howieson, who has been leading enquiries, said: "I would like to thank the countless members of the public once again who have been in touch with information.
