Scottish economy hit by North Sea slump

A report says the downturn in the North Sea is having a negative impact on the whole of the Scottish economy

We're being told the downturn in the oil and gas industry has impacted on the growth of the Scottish economy as a whole.

The Fraser of Allander Institute says the positives - like cheaper fuel - are being outweighed by the negatives.
