Aberdeen Captain Scott Brown has been paying tribute to Walter Smith.

The former Rangers and Scotland Manager has died aged 73.

Despite his strong links to Celtic, Brown say's he's always had the upmost respect for the legendary Scottish Manager.

It was Smith who gave the midfielder his first cap for Scotland.

In a 1-1 draw with the United States at Hampden the then more attack minded Brown scored, only to see his goal ruled out.

Brown will lead out Aberdeen at Ibrox tomorrow night on what's sure to be an emotional night for many.
