Prince Harry's been visiting a range of youth projects in Aberdeen City and Shire.
His first appointment was Mackie Academy in Stonehaven - where the pupils couldn't wait for him to arrive.
He told one pupil why he stopped to shake their hand "because you have red hair"
He was meeting some pupils taking part in the Diana Award Mentoring scheme - named in memory of his mother.
Next up to Robert Gordon University was to meet some of the youngsters involved in Streetsport
And he couldn't wait to get involved himself...
The man he was playing was Nordean Elouissi, 21, a volunteer with Streetsport.
He told our reporter Phil McDonald he was scared that he might give His Royal Highness an injury.
