Police in Aberdeen searching for missing 84 year old man

Police in Aberdeen are searching for an 84 year old missing man.
Cyril Thomson was last seen around 8.30pm on Saturday in Hilton Court, Mastrick.
He is around 5ft 7 inches tall, with a thin build and short grey hair and he was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and blue suit jacket.
He may also be wearing a grey coloured canvas hat and carrying a blue backpack.
Cyril normally uses a walking stick but does not appear to have taken any with him, so he may be moving slowly.
As well as the area he was last seen in, the 84 year old frequented the harbour, the Seaton area, and Gordon Barracks.
CCTV in these areas is being checked, but police say they are “growing increasingly concerned” due to his age and mobility challenges.
Inspector Lisa Kerr said: “His family is understandably upset and just want him home safe and well.
“I am appealing to the public for any information. If anyone has seen him or has any information as to where he could be, please get in touch with us.”
