Police Hunting For Man Involved In Aberdeen Attack
Police Scotland are appealing for help to trace a man after an assault in Aberdeen that left a man in hospital.
The attack took place outside Farmfoods on Great Northern Road, at around 7:20pm last Thursday (September 17).
As a result of the assault, a 38-year-old man was rushed to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with facial injuries.
Now, officers are particularly keen to speak with a man who is described as being in his mid-20s, approximately 5'11, slim build, wearing a black hooded top, black shorts and black trainers who was seen in the area immediately prior to the assault.
Detective Constable Gavin Fleming, of the Criminal Investigative Department, said: "Officers are carrying out enquiries into this incident and are reviewing CCTV footage in an effort to gather information on the person responsible.
"There were a few people in the area at the time of the assault and I urge anyone who may have witnessed this incident or know of anyone who matches the description of the male to contact the Police."
