Police charge two children after cars allegedly vandalised in Aberdeen

They were reported in the Crombie Road area of Torry

An 11 year old boy and a 13 year old girl have been charged with vandalising cars in Torry.

Nine vehicles were damaged on Crombie Road last Monday.

The kids have been reported to the Youth Justice Management Unit.

Torry Inspector Chris Kerr said: "I would like to thank those members of the public who provided us with valuable information in connection with this inquiry."

He added: "Officers in the Torry area are committed to ensuring the community is a safe place to live and work. Anyone with concerns about anti-social behaviour should contact Police on 101 or visit your local police office."
