Police Appeal Over Unexplained Death In Aberdeen

Police in Aberdeen are continuing their investigation into the unexplained death of Douglas Brandie, who was found injured in the Shapinsay Court area during the early hours of Tuesday 27 October. Douglas Brandie was seen between the Three Lums pub on Lewis Road and the Shapinsay Court area between 11pm on Monday 26 October and when he was found at 12.30am on Tuesday 27 October. Detective Inspector Doug Steele said: "We are continuing to appeal for information in relation to the death of Douglas Brandie and believe further members of the public could have seen him. "One of the men is described as being about 20 years old, 6'0'' tall and was wearing a woollen hat and grey tracksuit top and bottoms. "The other man is described as being aged in his 50s, 5'8'' tall and was wearing dark jeans. This is an investigation into an unexplained death and we are appealing for these men, who were believed to be in the Lang Stracht area, between Tesco and Skye Road at around 11.30pm to midnight, to come forward so we can establish if they have information that could assist with our investigation."
