Pensioner knocked down near Tarves

A pensioner's been knocked down in Aberdeenshire.
The 73 year old woman was hit by a Ford Fiesta on the B999 Tarves to Pitmedden road at East Newseat of Tolquhon around 5.30pm, last night, Thursday 23rd November. She suffered serious injuries.
Sgt Henderson, Road Policing Unit, is appealing for witnesses who have not yet spoken with police, to contact 101 quoting incident number 2611, with any further information. In particular, we are trying to trace the driver of a motor car travelling towards Tarves at the time of the collision.
