An 80 year old woman's been charged and reported to the Procurator Fiscal, after four people were hurt in Portsoy.
Four people were hit by a car in the seaside town yesterday afternoon.
A 50 year old woman was airlifted to hopital with serious leg injuries.
Another woman who's 49 was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with similar injuries.
Two other women were also hurt and treated in hospital.
None of the injuries are believed to be life threatening.
The police still want to speak to anyone who saw what happened.
