The Scottish Environmental Protection Agency has lifted the flood alert for the North East.

Aberdeen's Highland Games this weekend has already been cancelled because Hazelhead Park is waterlogged.

Sandbags have been delivered to Peterculter in case the local burn bursts its banks.

There have been concerns about some of the communities hit over the New Year could face more flooding if the heavy rain continues.
