Missing German man "safe and well"
His rucksack was found on a clifftop in Aberdeen
A German man, who sparked a huge search by police, coastguard and lifeboats when his belongings were found on an Aberdeen cliff top, has been found safe and well.
Concerns were raised for 34 year old Benjamin Ludwig when his belongings were found near Cove on Monday afternoon.
Police Scotland put out an appeal for information to find where he'd been staying.
They're thanking the media and the public for helping to trace him.
