Marischal Square development due for completion in October
There is no date for opening
There's still no opening date for Aberdeen's Marischal Square.
The developers say the office space should be completed this month - but it'll be next month before the hotel, restaurants and area in front of Provost Skene's house is finished.
After that, there'll still be work to do before they're opened.
Future tenants include All Bar One, Costa, Mackie’s and Prezzo.
Stephen Turner from Muse Developments said: “Even against a background of a tough economic climate, we have seen a significant increase in the number of viewings and expressions of interest around the Grade ‘A’ office space available at Marischal Square as the development nears completion.
"That is entirely in keeping with what happens when projects of this nature reach this stage.
“Local businesses have also benefitted significantly through the support contracts associated with building a project of this scale with most recent estimates placing that figure in the region of £28 million.
"The project has brought construction jobs and support contracts back into the city at a time when jobs and investment has been going the other way.
“Marischal Square has the potential to make a long-term impact on the local economy, especially as it is vital the city has the right mix of office and commercial space to respond to the challenges and opportunities it faces from the changes within the oil and gas sector.”
