Man robbed with blunt instrument outside Aberdeen garage

A man's been threatened with a blunt instrument and robbed on Aberdeen's busiest street.

The-24 year-old was mugged outside the Esso on North Anderson Drive just at 11:15pm on Tuesday 9th May 2017.

He had more than £100 taken from him, but he didn't need medical treatment.

Officers are keen to trace two men who may be able to assist with enquiries.

They were seen walking from Logie Place to the Esso Garage via North Anderson Drive.

One of the men is described as around 5ft 10ins tall and was wearing grey clothing and a grey hat. The second man is described as around 5ft 6ins tall, of stocky build and he was wearing a black hooded jumper.

DC Emma Low said: "We are appealing to anyone who may have been in the area and seen anything unusual or suspicious to contact us.

"In particular we would ask for anyone using the Esso Garage at the Haudagain around that time to get in touch as they may have seen something which could assist with our enquiries.
