The police were called to a flat on Johnstone Gardens West in Peterculter at 2:30am.
It's believed there'd been a party at the property.
A man has been taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, but we don't know how badly he's been hurt.
A second man has been detained and is helping police with their inquiries.
