Man dies in hospital after Aberdeen house fire
The 54-year-old was rescued from Derbeth Crescent on Monday

A man's died in hospital after a house fire in Aberdeen.
He was 54-years-old.
Crews were called to Derbeth Crescent on Monday evening at around 7:30pm.
Police say there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.
