Man charged in connection with vandalism at Aberdeen Tory office

A man has been charged in connection with vandalism caused to the offices of the Scottish Conservatives in Aberdeen earlier this month.
On the 3rd of December North East MSP Douglas Lumsden tweeted to say staff were met at the Rosemount office with the graffiti.
Now Police say a 53-year-old man has been charged in connection with the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "On Friday, 3 December, 2021, police were made aware of vandalisms to two business premises, one in Rosemount Place and one in Westmount Street, Aberdeen.
"Following enquiries, a 53-year-old man has been charged in connection with the incidents. He has been released on an undertaking and is expected to appear in court at a later date."
