Man charged over alleged sexual assault in Union Terrace Gardens
He'll appear in court next week
A man's been charged in connection with an alleged sexual assault in Aberdeen last year.
The incident is said to have taken place on January 28th 2016 in Union Terrace Gardens.
A 21-year-old woman was involved.
Inspector Sheila McDerment, who led the inquiry, said: "I would like to thank the members of the public who came forward with information during what has been a lengthy and challenging investigation."
The 48-year-old charged will appear in court on Tuesday 26th September.
