Man Airlifted To ARI After Crash On A90

A man has been airlifted to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary following a crash on the A90.

The two vehicle crash took place between Hatton and Longhaven, at the turnoff for Cruden Bay, at around 4:10pm.

Emergency services, including police, fire service and ambulance crews, were called to scene.

The crash was between a Land Rover and a lorry.

The male driver of the Land Rover had to be cut free by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.

Both lanes of the A90 are blocked and diversion are in place via Cruden Bay.

The extent of the mans injuries are not yet known.
