Local MSP Criticises Jim Murphy's "Snub" Against Aberdeen Legend WIllie Miller

Local MSP Mark McDonald is calling for Jim Murphy to answer why he has left Aberdeen legend WIllie Miller out of a list of former Scottish captains who he wants to be knighted.

Local MSP Mark McDonald has asked the Scottish Labour Leader to explain his snub against Aberdeen legend Wille Miller.

Jim Murphy is calling for our football greats to be given knighthoods like former Rangers and Celtic captains John Greig and Billy McNeil.

But the list does not include former Aberdeen captain Willie Miller, who was in fact the last captain to lift a European club trophy for a Scottish team in 1983.
