LISTEN: Oil Expert Says North Sea Strikes Would Be "Catastrophic"
Northsound News has been speaking to an oil expert about the possibility of strikes in the North Sea.
Workers are currently being balloted for industrial action, after the latest peace talks, being held yesterday between Unions and the OCA, broke down.
Unions are claiming that workers are being exploited since the crash in the price of oil - but oil companies say cost cutting is essential for the industry to make a full recovery.
Last summer Brent Crude sat at $110 a barell, and it has nearly halved, with it currently sitting at around $60 a barell.
