Listen: Fishing Leaders to meet with Scottish government over Brexit vote
The SFF are meeting Scottish ministers today
Fishing leaders are meeting Scottish ministers today - as they welcome the vote to leave the European Union.
It's believed 9 out of ten crewmembers backed Brexit because of concerns over the Common Fisheries Policy.
That view isn't held by the SNP government who say they are doing what they can to maintain Scotland's place in the EU.
It's after 62% of Scottish voters voted to remain on the 23rd of June.
Chief Executive of the Scottish Fishermen's Federation Bertie Armstrong says they want the leave vote to stand - he says leaving will give more power back to fishermen.
