Police are reviewing security arrangements for the Scottish Cup final between Celtic and Aberdeen at Hampden Park on Saturday in response to the terror attack in Manchester.

Chief Constable Phil Gormley has also confirmed that soliders will not be used to replace officers is in Scotland.

Prime Minister Theresa May announced on Tuesday evening that Armed troops will be deployed to guard "key locations'' such as Buckingham Palace, Downing Street, the Palace of Westminster and embassies.

The decision taken at a meeting of the Government's emergency Cobra committee.
