Aberdeenshire brewers Brewdog have backed the initiative to create a new beer - with all the profits going to charity.
An initial target of £50,000 was set by bosses to help kick-start the campaign.
The firm have announced that they have reached that amount and are preparing to start work on creating a new beer.
