First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has announced council tax rises for the wealthiest homes in Scotland.

Rates have been frozen for 9 years now - but that's set to change as of next April.

There'll also be changes to the amount local governments recieve in revenue.

We spoke to Aberdeen City Council's Finance convenor Willie Young, who gave his reaction to the proposal.
