An Aberdeen oil expert says Kez Dugdale's call for the UK Government to take over some key offshore assets "beggars belief"
Scottish Labour leader Kez Dugdale is calling for more public control of the North Sea.
She wants a public body set up to invest up to £100 million to secure the future of assets at risk.
But the plans are under fire from Professor Alex Russell, an industry expert from Robert Gordon University.
He's told Northsound News it'll just put more decommissioning costs on the taxpayer
